Pan Fried and Gluten Free!  Yes, I’ve just had 2 mouth surgeries, but this is delicious ANY time!  

Maple syrup makes it sweet.  Eggs & milk keep it tender.  

In a non stick skillet, melt 2 TBSP butter.  Turn off heat.  In pan, place all of the ingredients:

2 slices gluten free bread, cubed                          2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup cashew milk                                         3 TBSP Maple Syrup

Sprinkle Cinnamon over all.

Turn on heat to medium, mixing all together, and stirring occasionally until egg is cooked through.
