Make recipe the evening before you need these cookies because they will slowly bake overnight.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  

Ingredients:       2 egg whites (room temperature), 1/2 cup sugar, dash salt, 1/2 – 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1 cup chopped pecans, 6 oz. chocolate chips.  

Method:   Beat egg whites until stiff.   Add vanilla, salt and beat in sugar.    Add vinegar.   Stir in pecans and chocolate.   Drop by teaspoon onto shiny side of foil (already have foil on cookie sheet).    Place in preheated oven (400 degrees F).  Shut door, turn off heat.   Take cookies out in the morning.
