I’ve been making this for years. My family loves it. It’s the perfect snack to munch on when you’re waiting for dinner or just want a little bit of protein anytime!
8 ounces Cream Cheese 2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar 1 Tablespoon chopped green Pepper 1 Tablespoon chopped onion 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp. salt Pecans
Combine all ingredients except pecans. Chill. Shape into two balls. Roll balls in finely chopped pecans. Refrigerate until 20 minutes before it is time to enjoy! We like to serve cheese-ball with English cheese crackers.
